Güllük, Milas, Mugla. TURKEY

The Bodrum Peninsula where Güllük is situated is known as being one of the most beautiful parts of Turkey. The peninsula has miles of beautiful coastline and mountain scenery with some of the best beaches in the Aegean, with a huge range of activities to choose from in the area. Visitors come for the all year round good weather, laid back lifestyle, nightlife and restaurants of the provincial town of Bodrum, and the tranquillity and relaxed atmosphere of small towns such as Güllük.

Güllük, in Turkish, means “place of roses” which is why we named our 2007 built house, Villa Rose. Completed in 2008, it is a dream come true to own a property in this beautiful location on the Aegean Sea, which we would like to share with you. Güllük is set in a protected bay on the Aegean coast and enjoys warm winters and hot summers. Villa Rose is set amongst a small development of twenty gated properties, serviced by two nice sized swimming pools on split levels, in the side of a small mountain overlooking the small town of Gulluk and which the surrounding area, is full of small coves and beaches. It has a transfer time of only ten minutes from Bodrum airport to the Villa, but I don’t think you will hear the planes, they come no-where near this delightful setting. Sit on the terrace or balcony and watch the sunset while you have a drink before heading off for a relaxing meal in Güllük a five-minute walk away, ten minutes to the harbour, or head off into Bodrum, which is thirty-minute drive to the night life.

Villa Rose is a three- bed property tiled through out and fully furnished, with en-suite to master bedroom with balcony. The second bedroom also has two single beds, with both having views overlooking the bay of Güllük. The third bedroom also has two singles and there are two other bathrooms from which too choose. It is tastefully furnished throughout, has a fully equipped kitchen to suit all your needs and has air conditioning in all the rooms. It is set in its own garden lit with wall lighting, stocked with lemon and orange trees, along with shrubs and is fenced from the property next door. It has a large patio equipped with table and chairs. Why choose an apartment, when you could have a house like this for your holiday!

Please Note: Villa Rose is not suitable for disabled people or children under five years old. Villa Rose can sleep six or eight by using the sofa bed in the lounge, This will allow four couples to stay or two couples with children each. Smokers are welcome, but we do ask that smoking be kept to the terrace or balcony areas.
